This registration session will allow you to register your athlete(s) for the 2025 United Cross Country (XC).
Please sign in if you have an existing Sports Engine account or create a new one. Please take time to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
Important: If you already have an account from Track & Field, you’ll be asked to confirm your athlete’s grade for the 2025‑26 school year on the next screen: please update it now to avoid roster errors later.
Season Summary: First day of practice Saturday, August 2. Practice times are 5:30-7:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (and Saturdays 8:30 a.m.-10 a.m. for the first month prior to start of XC meets) at various parks and trailheads throughout the Conejo Valley (Agoura, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and Newbury Park mainly). Practice times and locations are subject to change.
A Mandatory Parent/Athlete Meeting will be in July, tentatively Thursday, July 17, 5:30 p.m. Further details will follow by email.
Mandatory Volunteer Requirement: In order to ensure all athletes have the best possible experience throughout the season, we have a mandatory volunteer requirement. Please see Volunteer Policy during this registration session for details.
Fees: Registration fee: $275. Fees include athlete uniform, training t-shirt, awards, permit fees, insurance fees, and race entry fees. United registration fees do not include the $35 USATF membership fee.
USATF Membership: This year we are not requiring USATF membership at the time of registration. This change will save most families money and will cost no families more money. However:
All Are Welcome at United: We believe in growing athletes' love for the sport in a welcoming and inclusive environment. As a volunteer‑led, recreational program, United XC is not a therapeutic or clinical service. The team does not provide on‑site medical or behavioral staff. To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, athletes must be able to (1) follow group instructions, (2) remain with the team on public trails, and (3) participate without disruptive or unsafe behavior. If your athlete requires one-on-one support to meet these expectations, we kindly ask that a parent‑provided aide accompany them during practices and meets. If you're not sure, we encourage you to reach out before registering so we can have a conversation about your athlete's unique needs and explore how we can work together to make their experience as positive as possible.
REFUND POLICY:
1) 100% prior to first practice;
2) 50% refund prior to uniform distribution;
3) No refund after the 1st practice following our time trial.
Please note: Your athlete(s) will not be placed on the team roster until payment is received. Thank you for your interest in the United Track Club.
